If your family member or friend can’t receive your sharing invitation — or you’re not receiving theirs — please review the following points to help resolve the issue:
Check Account Regions
Both Nooie accounts must be registered in the same region. Sharing invitations can’t be delivered across different regions. (e.g., both in the United States, or both in Europe).
If the regions are different, sharing invitations will not be delivered.
Verify the Email Address
Make sure the email entered is correct and matches the email linked to the recipient’s Nooie account.
Please log in with the same email used for registration.
App Update
Confirm that both of you are using the latest version of the Nooie App.
Outdated versions may cause issues with invitation delivery.
Confirm Network Stability
- Weak or unstable internet connections can delay or block invitations. Ensure both devices have a reliable connection.
Where to Find the Invitation
Invitations appear in the “Inbox” section of the Nooie App. Make sure there are no pending invitations waiting for approval.
