If your camera recognizes the QR code but then announces that the Wi-Fi password is incorrect, this usually happens due to one of the following reasons:
1. Wi-Fi Password May Be Incorrect
Please double-check that you entered the correct Wi-Fi password. Pay attention to uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
2. Device and Mobile Are on Different Networks
Ensure that both your camera and your mobile device are connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Cameras do not support connecting to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.
If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, try resetting your camera and reconnecting it to the Wi-Fi using the app.
