If you cannot view any playback videos from your camera, it could be due to storage or recording mode issues. This guide will help you identify and resolve the problem.
Check TF Card (SD Card) Recording
Confirm the current recording mode in the app. There are two modes:
Full-time recording → Records 24 hours a day. When the card is full, old videos are automatically deleted to make space for new ones.
If the card is full and no new videos are recorded, please restart the device and check again.
Event recording → Records only when motion, sound, or PIR detection is triggered.
If there is a detection trigger but no video is recorded, check if the TF card is full.
If the card is full, videos will not be automatically deleted — the TF card must be formatted manually.
Check Cloud Storage
Event recording → Videos are recorded only when motion, sound, or PIR detection is triggered. Please ensure that motion and/or sound detection is turned on.
24/7 Full-time recording → Records continuously. If there are no uploaded cloud videos, restart the device and check again.
Additional Tips
Make sure the TF card is compatible with your camera and properly inserted.
Ensure your cloud subscription (if applicable) is active and associated with the correct device.
Keep your camera firmware and the Nooie app updated to the latest version.
